Use Of The Service
Dang, I forgot a card! helps users choose greeting cards, write messages, enter recipient details, pay for orders, and submit paid orders for printing, handwriting, and mailing through a fulfillment provider.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use Apple Pay or another supported checkout method. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for having permission to do so.
Recipient Details
You are responsible for reviewing the selected card, recipient name, mailing address, message, return address, requested send date, and price before authorizing payment.
Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable recipient details may delay or prevent delivery, and a successfully submitted order may not be cancellable after processing begins.
Message Content
You are responsible for the message content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you provide, and your content must comply with applicable law.
Prohibited Content
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, harmful, sexually exploitative, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content. We may refuse, cancel, or seek provider cancellation of orders that appear to violate these terms or provider rules.
Payments
Payments are processed through Apple Pay and Stripe. The total shown before Apple Pay authorization should match the Apple Pay total. Dang, I forgot a card! does not store full payment card numbers.
Refunds And Cancellations
If payment succeeds but fulfillment cannot be submitted after automatic retries, Dang, I forgot a card! will attempt to refund the payment automatically. Other refund requests are handled through support.
Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
Order Processing
Paid orders may be submitted to Handwrytten, our third-party fulfillment provider. Provider rules may determine whether a requested send date, card, message, destination, or order can be accepted.
Backend and website infrastructure may be hosted by Cloudflare. Sign in with Apple may be used for checkout or account identity.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timing depends on fulfillment processing, postal services, destination country, weather, holidays, address accuracy, provider availability, and other conditions outside our control.
Dang, I forgot a card! does not guarantee an exact delivery date.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Handwrytten writes, prints, and mails cards for accepted orders. Apple Pay, Stripe, Sign in with Apple, Cloudflare, Sentry, and Handwrytten may each operate under their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Dang, I forgot a card!, the website, app design, branding, and related materials are owned by CyberOffice Industries or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to process, print, mail, support, and document your order.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
The service is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every order or delivery will be completed by a specific date.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberOffice Industries and Dang, I forgot a card! will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by postal delays, provider failures, incorrect addresses, unavailable products, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes To The Service
Dang, I forgot a card! may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the app evolves. These terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
